BESPOKEYes, custom orders are available. They require a non-refundable 30% deposit, and are subject to a bespoke fee. If you have a bespoke inquiry, please contact bespoke@beandd.com
Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of purchase for your order to be processed. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. Orders received after 12pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed beginning the next business day.
Pre-orders will not ship until the estimated delivery date on the product detail page.
All orders are shipped by UPS, and have the option of being sent by UPS ground (5-7 business days in transit), 2-day priority, or next day. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a UPS tracking confirmation number, which will allow you to track your package.
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate international orders. We invite you to visit one of our international boutiques instead, which can be found in the "Locations" section of our website.
As our business is based in New York, only orders shipped to addresses in New York State will be charged a sales tax of 8.875%.
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
From time to time, Be & D will offer promotional codes to website users who have made online purchases or have signed up for our mailing list. These promotional codes are valid for a limited time only, and may not be combined with any other offers.
Creating an account online simplifies the purchase process. You will not have to re-enter your billing or shipping information when making future purchases.
Registration also allows users to keep abreast of Be & D news and updates. Registered users will periodically be notified of online offers and promotions for future purchases, special sales, and other Be & D news.
Prices displayed on the Be & D website are in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If an item you have ordered has been reduced from full price, we offer a one time price adjustment for reductions that occur within 7 days of purchase. Price adjustment claims must be made within 10 days of the order date, to be honored.
At Be & D, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges based on the following policies:
We will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise MUST be unworn and in the original, unused condition and box, if applicable. All returns and exchanges are subject to our inspection and approval. Shoe soles cannot be scuffed, and bags cannot be worn.
In order to process a return or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number from us, by emailing info@beandd.com., and complete a RA Request Form, which will be sent to you. Merchandise that is returned or exchanged without a R.A. number will not be honored. We recommend that you ship your Return/Exchange back to us in an insured and trackable manner, so that you may keep a record of the shipment. Be & D is not responsible or liable for lost packages. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Claims for a return due to merchandise being defective must be made within 48 hours of receipt. A Return Authorization # must also be requested, and the same procedures must be followed.
All returns or exchanges, whether in general or for defective merchandise, must be received within 10 days of the issuance of a R.A. #. If merchandise is not returned in a timely manner, Be & D reserves the right to void the refund request, or charge an additional restocking fee, at our discretion.
Refunds will be returned only to the original credit card used for the purchase, within 30 days of us receiving your returned and undamaged item.
A 2.5% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items excluding footwear.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our return and exchange policy.
Please note that we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased through this website. If you have purchased Be & D merchandise from an authorized retailer and you wish to return or exchange your bag, you must bring your bag back directly to that retailer.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@beandd.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee it. Once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
Deposits on bespoke orders are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.
With a valid receipt from one of our authorized retailers we will repair your bag at no charge. Please email info@beandd.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) for repair.
If you do not have a valid receipt, we will repair your bag at a fee (to be determined based upon damage). Otherwise, please contact the retailer where you purchased the handbag for further repair options.
